Terms and Conditions of booking

1. Although every effort will be made to accommodate, once booked the places are to be paid for whether attended or not.
2.   No training course may be booked more than 28 days in advance of the course.
3. Payment for the courses booked must be received by SECHA not less than 7 days before the booked course.
4. In respect of Food Hygiene (CIEH Level 2) and Health & Safety (CIEH Level 2) no candidate will be admitted unless Photo ID is shown to the course tutor at the door.  No refunds will be given to those refused admission.  These courses have an examination at the end and not everyone is guaranteed to pass – No pass, no certificate – however payment for the course must still be made.
